3) Pin1 as a critical TLR signaling regulator

Pin1 regulates multiple TLR signaling molecules including NF-kappaB, IRAK1, and IRAKM, thereby modulating innate and adaptive immune responses (Mol Cell 2003; Nature Immunol 2011; Nature Commun 2018), making Pin1 signalling as novel drug targets for autoimmune diseases including asthma and lupus.
